Please note: As of October 2025, the Greener Homes Loan is closed to new applications. ‍Please note: As of May 2024, the Greener Homes Grant is currently closed to NEW applications. Existing applicants with an AP number are still eligible to receive the greener homes grant. Don't despair, the greener homes loan program (similar name, but different program) is currently open AND a similar program called Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP) is providing financing for select Albertan municipalities for energy efficient upgrades.
